01Ordering
- You can order while signed in or without an account. Orders are confirmed after the shop reviews them.
- Each online order can include up to 20 pieces of the same item. For larger orders please contact us for the best price.
- Prices on the website include VAT (where applicable) and exclude shipping.
02Vouchers
- One voucher code per order. Each code's conditions (minimum spend, validity, number of uses) are shown when you apply it.
- If an order is cancelled, the voucher use is returned.
03Cancellation
- You can cancel your order yourself until it is delivered, on your order page or the Track order page.
- The shop may refuse or cancel an order when an item is out of stock or the order details are invalid, and will let you know by email.
