As a general guide: 45–50 kg wears S, 50–55 kg wears M, 55–60 kg wears L. Every product page has a "Size guide" button with bust, waist and hip measurements for tops, pants and skirts.

Yes. We exchange sizes or styles within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item still has its tags and is unwashed and unworn. For exchanges by choice you pay shipping both ways; if the mistake is ours, we cover everything.

Delivery within Vietnam takes about 2–4 working days. We also ship worldwide, please message us for the fee and delivery time.

Shipping within Vietnam is 20,000 VND per order, and can be free with a free-shipping voucher.

Go to the Track order page on 179dress.com and enter your order number and phone number. Your order status and tracking number are updated there, and we email you when your order is confirmed, shipped and delivered.

Yes. For COD orders you can open the box and check the style, colour, size and quantity before paying (no trying on). If anything is wrong or faulty, you can refuse the parcel and pay nothing.

Cash on delivery (COD), or bank transfer using the VietQR code shown after you place your order, with the order number as the transfer reference.

Yes, you can cancel on your order page or the Track order page until the order is delivered. If you have already transferred the money, we will contact you for a refund.

We repair or replace manufacturing faults (split seams, broken zips, lost buttons, fabric flaws) free of charge within 30 days of delivery.
