01Time frame and conditions
- We exchange sizes or styles within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must have their original tags and be unworn, unwashed, clean and undamaged.
- Each order can be exchanged once.
02Costs
- Our mistake (wrong style, wrong size, manufacturing fault): we cover all shipping costs.
- Exchange by your choice (doesn't fit, changed your mind): you pay shipping both ways.
03How to request an exchange

- We confirm and send you return instructions within 24 hours.
